bellpeppers & beef
- 1lb ground beef
- 1 bellpepper
- 1/2 white onion
- mushroooms
- ginger
- soy sauce
- oyster sauce
- lawrys seasoned salt

- 1. IMPORTANT : PLAY THIS ON REPEAT
- 2. Strip cut veggies and ginger
- 4. Oil pan
- 5. Add ginger
- 6. Brown beef
- 7. Remove beef, leave the oil
- 8. Add veggies
- 9. Once veggies are soft, add beef
- 10. Add seasoning
- 11. Add soy sauce
- 12. Add tbsp oyster sauce
- 12. Serve with pippu

cowboy chili
- 2lb ground beef
- 2 cans ro*tel
- 1 white onion
- 1 can kidney bean
- 1 can 16oz tomato sauce
- 1 can water
- 2 packs chili-o
or
- 1/3 cup chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp oregano
- 2 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp salt
- 3 tsp minced garlic

- 1. Dice onion
- 2. Brown beef and onion
- 3. Mix everything in crockpot
- 4. Cook on medium-high for 2 hours (stir often)
- 5. Serve with cheese, onions, sour cream, etc.

tuna salad
- 2 cans tuna
- 1/4 cup carrots
- 1/4 cup celery
- 2 tbsp red onion
- 1 lemon
- 4 tbsp mayo
- salt / pepper

- this can be easily eyeballed...but
- 1. Break apart tuna
- 2. Mince carrots, celery and onion
- 3. Juice lemon
- 4. Mix everything
- 5. Serve with toasted bread, pickle and chips.
